About me

Massage therapy naturally entered my life through a personal journey to understand and manage pain and symptoms related to chronic stress. I gradually explored various mind-body techniques aimed at overall balance. Turning to the practice of yoga in 2008, I decided, after a burnout in 2016, to continue on this path with teacher trainings (hatha, yin, and restorative). Convinced that the body and mind are intimately connected, I simultaneously continued to explore manual therapies and complementary holistic approaches.

My approach to massage therapy is holistic, intuitive, and constantly evolving. It is suitable for anyone seeking well-being on both physical and emotional levels. I also support women during their pregnancy.

In my sessions, I blend different techniques such as Swedish, Fasciatherapy, Deep Tissue, Thai massage with oil and Polarity therapy to best meet the needs of my clients with a special focus on calming the nervous system, which I believe is essential to induce profound changes.
